At BabyTickle, we care about your shopping experience and want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for all moms and dads shopping with us.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Return requests can be raised within 7 days of receiving order by emailing us at babytickleshop@gmail.com, messaging us on Instagram (@babytickle_official), or contacting our WhatsApp support at ‪+919958111325‬

  • If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 3 days with unboxing video

  • A pickup will be arranged from our side.

  • A small pickup fee of ₹100 will be charged.

  • Once the refund request is verified by our team, we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6–7 days

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Properly folded and in resalable condition

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed, once per order.

  • A nominal pickup fee of ₹100 will be charged.

  • Once the return is received and passes quality check, the exchange order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you are free to choose any other product from our product range.

Important Notes

  • Products bought during sale events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Slight color variations (10–12%) may occur due to screen resolution — this is not considered a defect.

  • Washed or worn products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed.

  • The product will be delivered to your location within 5–7 business days
